Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an actin depolymerizing protein of the ADF family that severs actin filaments (F-actin) and binds to actin monomers (G-actin).
Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
