Product Specific Information
The MQ1-17H12 antibody reacts with human interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and major immunoregulatory cytokine. It is a non-neutralizing antibody suitable for intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
This antibody has been tested using normal human peripheral blood cells with the Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product # 88-8824-00) according to the two-step protocol for intracellular (cytoplasmic) proteins.
- Recommended use: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test (100 µL final volume)
- Suitable for 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test
- Excitation: 407 nm; Emission: 423 nm; Laser: Violet Laser
For optimal results when using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (e.g., Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (Product # 00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
