Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse RGM-A and RGM-C is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
Repulsive Guidance Molecule B (RGMB) is primarily expressed in the central nervous system.
RGM A and B appear throughout the developing neural axis, colocalizing extensively in the mantle layer. RGMA is localized in the neuroepithelium, while RGMB is expressed in the peripheral nervous system. During development, both RGMA and RGMB are found in lung and limb cartilage, with RGMB additionally expressed in the pancreas.
