• Specificity: NS1에 특이적이며 TBE virus, WNV, JEV와 교차 반응하지 않음.
• 정제된 항체는 ascites fluid로부터 Protein A chromatography로 정제된 >90% 순도의 mouse monoclonal antibody임.
• 최종 제형은 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2)에 0.1% sodium azide를 포함하며 단백질 농도는 100 µg/mL.
• 각 vial은 1.0 mL 용량.
• 안정화 단백질을 포함하지 않으며, 사용 전까지 4°C에서 보관.
• 사용자가 적정 working dilution을 결정해야 하며, 권장 시작 희석 범위는 ICC/IF용 1:10–1:50, ELISA용 1:20–1:200.
