Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
ASNA1 is the human homolog of the bacterial arsA gene. In E. coli, ArsA ATPase functions as the catalytic component of a multisubunit oxyanion pump responsible for resistance to arsenicals and antimonials.
