Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Noggin is involved in numerous developmental processes such as neural tube fusion and joint formation. Organ morphogenesis is initiated by downgrowth from epithelial stem cells, influenced by WNT3A (stabilizing beta-catenin) and Noggin (a bone morphogenetic protein inhibitor).
Mutations in Noggin are associated with proximal symphalangism (SYM1) and multiple synostoses syndrome (SYNS1), characterized by multiple joint fusions.
