Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of human IgG.
Secondary antibodies provide flexibility for use with multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
