For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RHNO1 plays a role in DNA damage response (DDR) signaling upon genotoxic stresses such as ionizing radiation during the S phase.
It is recruited to sites of DNA damage through interaction with the 9-1-1 cell-cycle checkpoint response complex and TOPBP1 in an ATR-dependent manner.
Required for the progression of the G1 to S phase transition and contributes to CHEK1 phosphorylation stimulation.
