For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Sulfotransferase enzymes catalyze sulfate conjugation of hormones, neurotransmitters, drugs, and xenobiotic compounds. These cytosolic enzymes differ in tissue distribution and substrate specificity.
The SULT1A3 gene encodes a thermolabile phenol sulfotransferase. It is located on chromosome 16p along with three other sulfotransferase genes, and arose via segmental duplication with SULT1A4.
Exons of SULT1A3 overlap with a gene encoding a GIY-YIG domain-containing protein (GIYD1). Multiple alternatively spliced variants encoding the same protein have been described.
