Target Information

Poly-ADP-ribosyltransferase involved in processes such as Wnt signaling, telomere length regulation, and vesicle trafficking.
Acts as an activator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating poly-ADP-ribosylation (PARsylation) of AXIN1 and AXIN2, leading to their ubiquitination and degradation.
Also mediates PARsylation of BLZF1, CASC3, TERF1, HEPACAM2/MIKI, and NUMA1, contributing to telomere regulation, centrosome maturation, and spindle pole assembly.
May regulate vesicle trafficking and modulate SLC2A4/GLUT4-vesicle distribution.
Stimulates 26S proteasome activity.
