Target Information
Neurogenin 1 (NeuroG1)는 기본 helix-loop-helix (bHLH) 단백질로, 세포 발달 과정에서 세포 유형을 결정하는 전사 인자입니다. NeuroG1은 신경발생 과정에서 전사 활성화 인자로 작용하며, 신경 줄기세포가 성상세포로 분화하는 것을 억제합니다. 또한 CREB-binding protein 복합체를 성상세포 분화 유전자에서 분리하고, gliogenesis에 필수적인 STAT 전사 인자를 억제함으로써 신경발생을 촉진합니다.
