IL2RA는 IL2Rβ 및 IL2Rγ와 함께 고친화성 IL-2 수용체를 형성합니다.
IL-2는 성숙한 T세포에서 주로 생성되며, B세포 증식 촉진, NK 세포 활성 증가, 그리고 과립구-대식세포 집락 형성 억제에 관여합니다.
