Product Specific Information
Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution, store aliquots at -20 °C for long-term stability, or at 4 °C with an antibacterial agent. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability.
Target Information
The neural adhesion molecule Contactin-6 (also known as NB-3) is a member of the contactin/F3 subgroup within the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed exclusively in the nervous system and is mainly upregulated during early postnatal mouse brain development.
