Target Information
BAF53B는 신경 특이적 크로마틴 리모델링 복합체(nBAF complex)에 속하며, ATP 의존적 방식으로 모노뉴클레오솜을 리모델링하는 역할을 합니다.
신경 발달 과정에서 줄기세포/전구세포 단계에서 성숙 뉴런으로 전환될 때, npBAF 복합체의 구성 요소가 nBAF 복합체로 교체됩니다.
BAF53B는 nBAF 복합체의 조립에는 필수적이지 않지만, CREST와 함께 수상돌기 성장에 중요한 유전자 프로모터로 복합체를 타깃팅하는 데 필요합니다.
