Target Information
IKK gamma는 inhibitor of kappaB kinase (IKK) 복합체의 조절 서브유닛으로, NF-kappaB를 활성화시켜 염증, 면역, 세포 생존 등 다양한 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 incontinentia pigmenti, hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia 및 여러 면역결핍 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다. 다양한 전사체 변이체가 보고되었으며, 유사한 가성유전자가 X 염색체 인접 영역에 존재합니다.
