Product Specific Information
The 10.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD64 (FcRI), a 75 kDa type I transmembrane protein. CD64 is the high-affinity receptor for IgG and is involved in antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), phagocytosis, and regulation of cytokine production. Monocytes and macrophages express CD64, while mature granulocytes and lymphocytes are negative.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated for flow cytometry of normal human peripheral blood cells. Recommended usage is 5 µL (1 µg) per test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).

Target Information
CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor involved in immune response regulation. It is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 dysfunction has been associated with cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
