Target Information

Adenine phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT)는 purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase 계열에 속하는 효소로, adenine과 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate (PRPP)로부터 AMP와 무기 피로인산을 생성합니다. 또한 polyamine 생합성 경로의 부산물로 adenine을 생성합니다. 이 효소의 결핍은 2,8-dihydroxyadenine 요로결석증을 유발할 수 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
