Target Information
USP10 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 10)은 cysteine protease 계열의 ubiquitin-specific protease 패밀리에 속합니다. USP10은 p53/TP53, SNX3 및 CFTR과 같은 ubiquitin-conjugated 단백질 기질로부터 ubiquitin을 절단하는 역할을 수행합니다. 또한 DNA 결합 androgen receptor (AR) 복합체의 하위 단위로 확인되어, AR 복합체의 활성을 조절하는 데 관여할 수 있습니다. USP10은 p53/TP53 안정성의 필수 조절자로 작용하며, 종양 억제 인자로 기능하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
