CSNK1A1L serine/threonine kinase (CK1-alpha)는 T 세포 수용체 활성화 시 CBM 복합체와 결합하여 사이토카인 생산 및 림프구 증식을 조절합니다. 또한 CARMA1의 인산화를 촉진하여 NF-kappa-B 활성과 림프종 세포 생존에 관여합니다.
이 키나아제는 casein과 같은 산성 단백질을 선호하는 특성을 가지며, CTNNB1, PER1, PER2 등 다양한 단백질을 인산화할 수 있습니다.
CSNK1A1은 Wnt 신호 전달에도 관여하며, 세포 분열 중 염색체 분리 및 세포 골격 해체 과정에서 상피세포 이동을 조절할 가능성이 있습니다.
