Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD5 is a 67 kDa single-chain transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on human T-lymphocytes, thymocytes, and certain B-cell subsets.
It plays a role in T-cell proliferation regulation and is associated with various T-cell leukemias and lymphomas.
Diseases related to CD5 dysfunction include thymus cancer and Richter's Syndrome.
