Target Information
RARA는 retinoic acid의 수용체로, all-trans 또는 9-cis retinoic acid와 결합하여 다양한 생물학적 과정에서 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. RXR/RAR 이합체는 retinoic acid response elements (RARE)에 결합하여 전사 억제 또는 활성화를 매개합니다. RARA는 생식세포 발달, 정자형성 초기 단계 세포의 생존, 골격 성장 및 세포외 기질 항상성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 KMT2E/MLL5를 포함하는 크로마틴 복합체를 모집하여 retinoic acid에 의한 유전자 발현 조절을 수행합니다.
