For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAPK1 (ERK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that activates p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, playing a key role in the MAPK signaling pathway.
MAP kinases, also known as ERKs, integrate multiple biochemical signals and are involved in processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development.
Activation of MAPK1 requires phosphorylation by upstream kinases, after which it translocates to the nucleus to phosphorylate nuclear targets.
