Specificity Comments:
이 항체는 65–76 kDa의 단백질을 인식하며, 이는 antichymotrypsin (AACT)으로 확인됨. AACT는 간에서 합성되는 단일 당단백질 사슬 형태의 혈장 프로테아제 억제제임.
정상 인체 혈청에서 AACT 농도는 혈장 농도의 약 1/10 수준이며, 외상, 수술, 감염 시 상승함.
AD(알츠하이머병) 환자의 뇌척수액 및 혈장에서 AACT 농도 상승이 보고됨.
PSA(전립선특이항원)와 AACT 복합체는 전립선암 진단 마커로 널리 사용됨.
AACT 결핍은 만성 간질환의 원인이 될 수 있음.
이 항체는 히스티오사이트 및 히스티오사이토마에 반응하며, 해당 세포 및 종양의 식별에 널리 사용됨.
췌장 및 침샘의 선방세포 종양에서도 AACT 양성이 나타날 수 있음.
Target Information
SERPINA 유전자는 Alpha-1-ACT를 암호화하며, 이는 급성기 반응 단계에서 발현되는 혈장 단백질로 chymotrypsin, cathepsin G, chymase를 억제함.
Alpha-1-ACT는 알츠하이머병 및 노화된 인간 및 원숭이 뇌의 아밀로이드 플라크와 밀접하게 관련되어 있음.
세린 프로테아제 및 그 억제제의 조절은 신경근 분화에서 중요한 역할을 함.
PSA는 Alpha-1-ACT와 복합체를 형성하는 chymotrypsin 유사 세린 프로테아제임.
