- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NETO1 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

NETO2는 예측된 막단백질로, 두 개의 세포외 CUB 도메인과 저밀도 지단백 클래스 A(LDLa) 도메인을 포함합니다. 또한 세포내 FXNPXY 유사 모티프를 가지고 있으며, 이는 다른 단백질에서 클라트린 피트 내포화 과정에 필수적인 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
이 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변형을 가지지만, 아직 완전히 특성화되지 않았습니다.
