For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

BTLA (B and T-lymphocyte attenuator) is a co-inhibitory receptor belonging to the CD28 superfamily. It functions as a lymphocyte inhibitory receptor, regulating immune responses by inhibiting T cell activation.
BTLA is constitutively expressed on most CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, with expression decreasing upon activation. It remains on Th1 cells but not Th2 cells.
BTLA interacts with HVEM (herpesvirus entry mediator), a TNF receptor superfamily member, forming a key pathway for lymphocyte activation and immune homeostasis regulation.
