Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a thyroid-specific transcription factor that binds to the thyroglobulin promoter and regulates thyroid-specific gene expression. It also influences genes involved in morphogenesis.
Mutations and deletions are linked to benign hereditary chorea, choreoathetosis, congenital hypothyroidism, neonatal respiratory distress, and possibly thyroid cancer.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
