- Store vial at -20°C prior to opening.
- Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage.

Target Information
BUB1A is a kinase involved in spindle checkpoint function. It phosphorylates a member of the mitotic checkpoint complex, thereby activating the spindle checkpoint mechanism.
