Target Information
OPRD1 (Delta Opioid Receptor)는 불안, 우울, 통증 조절에 관여하는 오피오이드 수용체입니다. 기분 조절 장애 및 약물 중독 치료의 잠재적 표적으로 연구되고 있습니다. Delta 및 Kappa 오피오이드 수용체는 이합체를 형성하여 상호 작용합니다.
OPRD1은 주로 뇌에서 발현되며, 특히 cortex, caudate, hippocampus, nucleus accumbens, putamen에서 높은 발현이 보고되었습니다. 반면 cerebellum, hypothalamus, substantia nigra, thalamus에서는 낮은 발현이 관찰됩니다.
알츠하이머병 환자의 putamen과 amygdala, 파킨슨병 환자의 putamen에서 OPRD1 발현이 감소한 것으로 보고되었습니다.
