Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일까지 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관하십시오. 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하는 것이 권장됩니다.
Target Information
Alpha-2-adrenergic receptors는 G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR) 초가족에 속하며, alpha2A, alpha2B, alpha2C의 세 가지 고도로 상동적인 아형(subtype)을 포함합니다. 이 수용체들은 교감신경 및 중추신경계의 아드레날린성 뉴런에서 신경전달물질 방출을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
마우스 연구에 따르면, alpha2A와 alpha2C 아형 모두 심장 교감신경 및 중추 노르아드레날린성 뉴런에서 정상적인 시냅스 전 신경전달 조절에 필요합니다. alpha2A 아형은 높은 자극 빈도에서 전달물질 방출을 억제하고, alpha2C 아형은 낮은 신경 활동 수준에서 신경전달을 조절합니다.
이 유전자는 인트론이 없는 alpha2C 아형을 인코딩하며, 코딩 및 비번역 서열 모두에서 인트론이 존재하지 않습니다.
