Target Information
ZC3H12C (also known as MCPIP3) is a member of the CCCH-type zinc finger protein family, which includes ZC3H12A. These proteins are associated with macrophage activation, host immunity, and inflammatory diseases. Expression of ZC3H12C in macrophages increases significantly after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) treatment, suggesting a role in immune and inflammatory responses.
