Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK)는 SRC-related TEC subfamily에 속하는 세포질성 티로신 키나아제로, 인간 B세포 발달 및 면역결핍 질환과 관련된 유전적 변이와 연관되어 있습니다.
BTK는 TLR4, 6, 8, 9 등 Toll-like receptor (TLR) 계열 단백질과 상호작용하며, 선천 및 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 MyD88, TIRAP, IRAK 등 TLR4 신호전달 단백질과 상호작용하지만 TRAF-6과는 상호작용하지 않아, BTK가 LPS 신호전달에 관여함을 시사합니다.
