CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체입니다. ITIM 모티프를 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소와 결합하여 신호 억제 기능을 수행합니다. CD31은 혈관 내피세포 접합부에 주로 위치하며, 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 하는 N-말단 Ig-like 도메인을 가집니다.
CD31은 세포 부착, 혈관신생, 세포 이동, 면역 반응 조절, 대식세포 식작용, 알레르기 반응 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여하는 다기능 분자입니다. 혈관계 조절의 핵심 분자 중 하나로 알려져 있습니다.
