Target Information
TNFSF4 (OX40L, CD252)는 종양 괴사 인자 초족(TNF superfamily)에 속하는 II형 막결합 단백질로, 항원제시세포(APC)인 수지상세포 및 활성화된 B세포, 혈관 내피세포, 비만세포, NK세포 등에서 발현됩니다. TNFRSF4 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며, CD4+ T세포 및 일부 활성화된 CD8+ T세포에서 발현됩니다. TNFRSF4/TNFSF4 상호작용은 항원제시세포와 T세포 간 생산적 상호작용을 위한 공동자극 신호로 작용하며, 세포 증식과 생존을 촉진하고 RANTES, IL-2, IL-3, IFN-γ 등의 발현을 증가시킵니다. 또한 면역관용 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
