The ProcartaPlex Human p70S6K[pTpS421/424] Simplex Kit measures the level of phosphorylated p70S6K[pTpS421/424] in cell lysates.
It is designed to be combinable with other Simplex kits, allowing users to create custom multiplex panels that utilize Luminex™ xMAP technology for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., when not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required per assay plate, regardless of plex size.
