Product Specific Information
- IHC (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, at 95°C for 45 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
