Target Information
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor associated factors (TRAFs)는 TNF 수용체 초가족과 신호 전달 경로를 연결하는 어댑터 단백질로, 세포 사멸 및 스트레스 반응 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
TRAF 단백질은 수용체 및 다른 TRAF 단백질과 결합할 수 있는 공통 구조를 가지며, TRAF2 및 TRAF3는 CD40 수용체와 직접 결합하여 NF-kappa-B 활성화를 유도합니다. TRAF6은 CD40 신호 전달에 필수적인 역할을 하며, TRAF2는 LTbetaR 및 cIAP1, Smac과도 상호작용합니다.
