Target Information
14-3-3 단백질 패밀리는 phosphoserine 함유 단백질에 결합하여 신호전달을 매개하는 단백질군입니다. 이 고도로 보존된 단백질군은 식물과 포유류 모두에서 발견되며, 본 단백질은 마우스, 랫, 소와 각각 99%의 동일성을 가집니다. 또한 5' UTR에 7 bp 반복 서열을 포함하며, 이 반복 수의 변화는 조기 발병형 정신분열증과 관련이 있는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
