Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PC4 (Activated RNA Polymerase II Transcription Cofactor 4) is a transcriptional coactivator capable of suppressing promoter-driven and nonspecific transcription through its DNA-binding activity.
The repressive activity of PC4 is alleviated by transcription factor TFIIH, which protects promoters by relieving topological constraints via its ERCC3 helicase activity.
