Target Information
GALNT10은 GalNAc polypeptide N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 효소를 암호화하며, 이는 mucin-type 올리고당 합성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 효소는 UDP-GalNAc로부터 GalNAc를 폴리펩타이드의 serine 또는 threonine 잔기로 전달합니다. 또한, 이 단백질은 비당화 펩타이드보다 당화된 펩타이드에 대해 더 높은 촉매 활성을 보일 수 있는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
