For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Anaplastic Lymphoma Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (ALK) belongs to the insulin receptor superfamily and plays a crucial role in brain development.
Mutations, rearrangements, and amplifications in the ALK gene are associated with several tumors, including anaplastic large cell lymphoma, neuroblastoma, and non-small cell lung cancer.
Chromosomal rearrangements often generate fusion genes such as NPM-ALK, which have oncogenic properties.
ALK is a receptor tyrosine kinase with transmembrane and extracellular domains, showing high sequence similarity to LTK.
Its expression and function are critical in specific neurons of the nervous system.
