Target Information
PDE12는 2',5'-phosphodiester 결합을 절단하는 효소로, 2-5A 시스템을 조절합니다. 이 효소는 triphosphorylated 2-5A를 AMP와 ATP로 분해하며, 3',5'-phosphodiester 결합도 절단합니다. PDE12는 interferon(IFN)에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 및 항종양 기능의 주요 경로 중 하나인 2-5A 시스템의 음성 조절자로 작용합니다. 이 효소의 억제는 Hela 세포에서 바이러스 복제를 감소시켜 항바이러스 경로를 강화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
