Target Information
PDE12는 2',5'-인산디에스터 결합을 절단하는 효소로, 2-5A 시스템을 조절합니다. 이 효소는 삼인산화된 2-5A를 AMP와 ATP로 분해하며, 3',5'-인산디에스터 결합도 절단합니다. PDE12는 인터페론(IFN)에 의해 유도되는 항바이러스 및 항종양 경로의 음성 조절자로 작용하며, 억제 시 HeLa 세포에서 바이러스 복제가 감소합니다.
