• Reconstitution:
  Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  The antibody ships lyophilized at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
  After reconstitution, store at 4°C for up to 1 week. For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Thrombin is a serine protease involved in platelet aggregation and blood coagulation. It is generated from prothrombin and converts fibrinogen to fibrin in the final step of the clotting cascade. Thrombin mediates its effects by activating cell surface G-protein coupled receptors, including PAR-1, PAR-2, and PAR-3.
