Target Information

면역글로불린은 두 개의 중쇄와 두 개의 경쇄(카파, 람다)로 구성된 기본 구조를 가지며, 경쇄는 항원 특이적 상수 영역에 의해 구분됩니다. 카파 대 람다의 비율은 약 70:30입니다. 카파 라이트체인에 대한 항체는 백혈병, 형질세포종, 비호지킨 림프종 등의 식별에 유용하며, 림프구 침윤의 단일클론성을 확인하는 데 사용됩니다.
