Target Information
PKD1는 신장 세뇨관 형성에 관여하며, 신장 상피의 1차 섬모를 통한 유체 흐름 감지 기전에 관여합니다. PKD2와 함께 섬모 길이 조절에 관여하며, 이는 기계적 신호전달 조절에 필수적입니다. 섬모 길이 조절은 음성 피드백 루프를 형성하여 유체 흐름에 의한 섬모 변형이 세포 내 cAMP 감소를 유도하고, 섬모 단축을 통해 흐름 유도 신호를 감소시킵니다. 또한 이온 채널 조절자로 작용할 수 있으며, 단백질-단백질 및 단백질-탄수화물 간의 접착 상호작용에 관여합니다.
