DM1A 단클론 항체는 다양한 종(인간, 마우스, 랫, 원숭이, 개, 돼지 등)의 세포골격 단백질인 알파 튜불린(50 kDa)을 인식합니다. 튜불린은 알파와 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 GTP 결합 단백질로, 인산화 및 아세틸화에 의해 중합 및 탈중합이 조절됩니다.
DM1A 항체는 알파 튜불린 아이소폼의 C-말단(아미노산 426–430)을 인식합니다.
본 항체는 IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF에서 사용 보고되었으며, 고정 및 투과 처리된 C6 세포에서 ≤1 µg/mL 농도로 테스트되었습니다. Flow Cytometry에는 검증되지 않았습니다.
Filter Recommendation: eFluor® 615 형광 표지 항체 사용 시, 615 nm 방출을 포착할 수 있는 필터(예: Excitation 560/55, 585LP, Emission 645/75) 권장. Alexa Fluor® 594 필터 사용 가능.

Alpha Tubulin은 알파 및 베타 튜불린 서브유닛으로 이루어진 헤테로다이머의 구성요소입니다. 이 헤테로다이머는 거의 모든 진핵세포에 존재하는 세포내 미세소관의 기본 단위로, 세포 구조 유지, 물질 수송, 유사분열 등 다양한 기능을 수행합니다.
감마 튜불린은 미세소관 핵형성에 중요한 역할을 하며, 알파 및 베타 튜불린 유전자는 종 간에 고도로 보존되어 있습니다. 알파 튜불린 유전자는 마우스 및 랫의 Tuba1 유전자와 높은 유사성을 보입니다. 신경 세포에서 주로 발현됩니다.
