Target Information

DCAMKL1 (DCLK1) 또는 doublecortin-like kinase 1은 두 개의 N-말단 doublecortin 도메인(미세소관 결합 및 중합 조절), C-말단 serine/threonine protein kinase 도메인(Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase와 높은 상동성), 그리고 이들 사이의 serine/proline-rich 도메인을 포함합니다.
DCAMKL1은 자가 인산화가 가능한 미세소관 관련 kinase로, protein kinase 활성과는 독립적으로 미세소관 중합 활성을 가집니다.
이 단백질은 신경 이동, 역행 수송, 신경세포 사멸 및 신경 발생 등 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다.
