Target Information
The DIAPH2 gene encodes a member of the diaphanous subfamily within the formin homology family of proteins. It may be involved in ovarian development and function. Mutations in this gene have been associated with premature ovarian failure type 2. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
