Target Information
Ephrin 수용체 하위계열에 속하는 단백질로, 단백질 티로신 키나아제 계열에 속합니다. EPH 및 관련 수용체들은 주로 신경계 발달 과정에 관여하며, 단일 키나아제 도메인과 Cys-rich 도메인 및 두 개의 fibronectin type III 반복을 포함하는 세포외 영역을 가집니다. Ephrin 수용체는 ephrin-A 및 ephrin-B 리간드 결합 친화도에 따라 두 그룹으로 구분됩니다. 본 유전자는 ephrin-A 리간드에 결합하는 단백질을 암호화합니다.
