For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene belongs to the frizzled gene family, encoding 7-transmembrane domain proteins that act as receptors for Wnt signaling proteins.
The encoded protein has a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region, and seven transmembrane domains.
Unlike other family members, it lacks a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif and functions as a negative regulator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling cascade, inhibiting oncogenic transformation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
